Hello dear readers. I consider myself as an average driver. But lately, I discovered that my levelheadedness level has gone down a few notches. On Thursday, I woke up with something that felt approximately like a cold black rock growing inside my head. Ugh. Horrible headache it was.
Of course I did not feel like going to work. I was not fit to drive anyway. But still, I dragged myself out of bed. Hellbent on NOT skipping work (because if I skip even one day, my salary for the month would probably amount only up to RM2.) Yes dear readers. This silly girl should stay at home in bed, but instead she dragged her sorry ass all the way to work.(please note the usage of the word 'dragged'.) Because of all the dragging, I was late. Which is to be expected, of course.
Just as I was about to enter the highway, a car came swerving into my lane. I hit the brakes. My laptop and bag on the front seat slid down. Shoot. And there it was. What was supposed to be my breakfast: McD apple pie. Now smashed into a gooey flat pulp.
A few minutes later, a stupid car braked suddenly again. I had to brake as well. What made this time so scary was the fact that I was only about a few centimeters from the car in front. The laptop slid down again. Apple pie received a second smashing. That was close!
When I reached the office and finally settled down, the gooey apple pie tasted better than it looked.

4-Hour Courage Equation
Dear readers. Today, I had an important task. I wanted to ask one measly question. I took four hours to gather up about 73% of courage. I took three minutes to ask the question. I received two minutes worth of answer.

Solemn First Post
I was required to check a sewerage design calculations. Ah...just checking...should be less complicated than the messy ordeal with the pipe drain, (in which I will not elaborate here. Too messy.)
Or so I thought.
Without any explanation, I ventured out on my own. Pumped up and full of spirit. Suddenly in the spreadsheet, it says "Refer to Table A1". Hmm. It is not known where this table originated from. It's just...there. Not losing faith in myself, I went to hunt for the said table and found it by accident. Carelessly stuck with a thumbtack on somebody's softboard. So there it is. I got it photocopied.
After that I studied the calculations for awhile. To make sense of it all. Apparently, I could only register the PE part. The rest of it? No idea. Okay, maybe I do have some inkling. A tiny little speck of inkling.
Now dear readers, you must be suggestively thinking right now : "Duh! You can just ASK..."
Yes, dear readers. I can hear your clever thoughts. But that is not how things work in my universe. I don't mind being labelled stupid. All interns are stupid (That's why internships are invented, you stupid brainless lowlife.) Ehem.*forgivethestronglanguagecoughcough* Yes, if only people's minds are less scheming/polluted/(enter-preferred-term-here).
Challenges. You get a lot of this throughout life. Even if you don't want to, when you look back, there's always plenty of 'em to ponder on.ignorance is bliss.
Life might be fun and games when you are young. How long do you expect the party to last? It is time to face the music. I find the whole idea of internship as...amusing. Not to mention thought-provoking as well. Apart from viewing life from a different perspective, I also learned many things.
Great many things.
Even things I would rather not know until I'm at least 80 years old.
